Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics classes are a great way to stay active in a low-impact, high-energy environment.
Our classes run for 45 minutes and are lead by our qualified instructors. Aqua Aerobics is similar to using weights in a gym; however, the water provides a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.
By combining aerobic exercises with the resistance of water, participants train muscle groups for strength and flexibility as well as improve their cardiovascular endurance.
Aqua Aerobics classes are included in our Full Access or Aquatic membership or available as casual class passes.

Evidence supports the effectiveness of Aqua Aerobics for managing pain and stiffness. It particularly accounts for back, hip, knee, and shoulder pain including arthritis and other complex conditions.

Timetable
The Hub will offer 2 Aqua Aerobics levels – Intermediate and Beginner.
Intermediate classes are designed for participants who have more confidence in their fitness and movement in the water.
Beginner classes are for those seeking a more supported, lower impact workout.
